Microsoft HR Internship （Shanghai）

Working Location: Zizhu, Minhang, Shanghai
Working Frequency: at least 4 days per week
Working Term: at least 6 months

Job Responsibilities:
•    Post job openings to internal and external job boards in a timely m
anner 
•    Close openings once hiring process is complete.
•    Update recruiting activities in real-time on the MS staffing applic
ant tracking system and manage data integrity where applicable
•    Facilitate staffing process, including answering candidate question
s related to staffing admin
•    Scheduling of all campus interviews including interview reimburseme
nt
Qualifications: 
•	Have passion for HR (HR internship experience is a plus)
•	Eager and quick to learn, smart, accountable, self-motivated
•	good communication skills (at least good in oral /written English)
•	Nice to have  HR  internship experience
