We are looking for scientists who have experience working with animal models of diseases in one or several of the following areas:
1. Inflammation (rheumatoid arthritis, multiple sclerosis).
2. Respiratory diseases (e.g. asthma, COPD, pulmonary fibrosis).
3. Vascular diseases (atherosclerosis, restinosis).
4. Cancer (solid tumors and leukemia).

This position will be responsible for contributing to projects in biology, as member of the high performance biology team in BioDuro's R&D center in Beijing China. Key activities include establishing stable mammalian cell lines of different receptors and running biochemical and functional assays using the cell lines.
Requirements:
1. M.S./Ph.D. in biology or pharmacology.
2. Receptor ligand binding assay and GPCR experience preferred. Ability to perform radioisotope experiments.
3. Excellent mammalian cell culture skill.
4. Transfection and preparation of stable expression cell line.
5. Cell functional assay, familiarity with FACS (flow cytometry), fluorescent microscopy and FLIPR.
6. Familiar with softwares of scientific data analysis.
7. Energetic, flexible and innovative personality. Ability to trouble shoot technical problems.

·Research Scientists in Discovery Biology
Location: Beijing
We are seeking Research scientists to work in the Discovery Biology group to support drug discovery efforts for various therapeutic targets.
The primary responsibilities are to develop, optimize, validate and execute cell based assays to support small molecule drug discovery projects, including assay development, automation, and running of screening assays.
Requirements:
1. This position requires a cell biologist with experience in cell based assay development.
2. B.S./M.S./Ph.D. degree in cell biology/molecular biology.
3. Good oral and written communications skills, both in Chinese and English.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Proficiency in a wide range of molecular and cell biological techniques including: plasmid construction, RNAi, mammalian cell culture, mammalian cell transfection, western blotting, flow cytometry, immunofluorescence, development of ELISA assays.
