I am a hard-working, confident and highly motivated student seeking employment in the automotive industry. Professionally I am technically proficient, adaptable and able to work independently and as part of a team. I have many interests including ensuring that the family cars are kept in good condition, football, and mountain biking.

WORK EXPERIENCE
May - Sept 98 Delivery & Stocks Supervisor, Crosby Heating Services
Responsibility for the transportation and care of stocks both in the warehouse and at sites. I worked as a member of a team and also used my own initiative.
June 96 - April 97 Part-time Sales Assistant, Debenhams
I worked on the sales floor in various departments. My responsibilities covered cash handling, customer services, merchandising, sales planning, and display work. I gained extensive experience of working, and communicating, with colleagues and customers.
1995 Reg Vardy, Sheffield
A two-week placement that involved working in the parts department, ordering, storing and dispatching stock. I also observed both the mechanics department and the sales team.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

INTERESTS
· A keen interest in mountain biking, golfing and football. I am a member of Sheffield Hallam University football team and an avid supporter of Sheffield United Football Club.
· I also spend large amounts of time out of college ensuring that the family cars are kept in good condition. These include a 1977 MGBGT and a 1950 MGTD. This of course also makes me an active member of the MG Owners Club.
